Your new role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating service activities across a team of engineers and service fitters.
You will manage job scheduling, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all service work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
A key part of your role will involve maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
You’ll also support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
